By accessing or using BondBuilder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Description of Service

BondBuilder is a bonding profile platform that helps contractors and surety advisors manage bonding profiles, documentation, and surety program management. BondBuilder does not issue surety bonds and is not an insurance company.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

Surety Analysis and Three C's Assessment

BondBuilder provides a surety profile analysis based on the Three C's framework (Character, Capacity, Capital) commonly used in surety underwriting. Portions of this analysis may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and automated algorithms. All AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy, but no automated system can replicate the judgment of a qualified surety underwriter.

Non-Reliance. The analysis is an informational tool only. It does not constitute underwriting, insurance advice, financial advice, or a prediction of bond approval. Users agree not to rely solely on BondBuilder's analysis when making business decisions related to bidding, contracting, or financial commitments. Actual bonding decisions are made by surety companies based on their own independent underwriting criteria, which may differ materially from the information presented in BondBuilder.

Non-Liability. BondBuilder, its operators, affiliates, and technology providers disclaim all liability for damages, losses, or adverse outcomes arising from reliance on the surety analysis, including but not limited to bid decisions, project commitments, or financial planning based on the information presented.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice. The surety adjustments and benchmarks shown reflect common industry practices and may differ from the methodology used by any specific surety company. BondBuilder is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed surety advisor, underwriter, or other qualified professional. Users should always consult with their surety advisor for guidance specific to their situation.

Limitation of Liability

BondBuilder provides informational tools and assessments. We do not guarantee bond approval or specific bonding capacity. All bonding decisions are made by surety companies based on their own underwriting criteria.

Data Retention & Privacy

Your data is retained and handled in accordance with our Data Retention Policy and Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of your data or account deletion at any time.
